Terms of Purchase    

 

To clear up any misunderstanding about breeding, we do sell puppies to qualified people for breeding purposes. These are special puppies and special circumstances. We use a completely different contract, written specially to each breeding agreement. Our standard contract is limited registration, which means that the puppy may not be shown in AKC events for points and the offspring may not be registered with AKC. This practice is in consideration of maintaining the breed standard. Some puppies are sold with Spray/Neuter contracts and some litters are not registered.  We reserve the right to make decisions on individual puppies or dogs at our discretion regarding registration and breeding.

Shipping

We are now be shipping puppies, using a courier service to any major airport in the USA for $350.00 A person accompanies the pup and hands it off to the new Mom or Dad.

       Payment Methods  

If you plan to take a puppy (or two) home, we accept cash or certified check made out to Terry Smith.

If you select a puppy, and for any reason are not taking the puppy with you, we also accept personal checks, as long as it has cleared before you pick up the puppy.

We do not accept deposits and we do not hold puppies pr dogs.

Puppies are priced on appearance only. No matter the price, all puppies are equally healthy and happy and have been cared for and socialized with exactly the same commitment.

Generally, puppies are priced between $1000 and $2000---with a few puppies higher and lower.
